If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days from the date of the order was delivered and you have the possibility of changing items or refunds. In order for the return to be accepted all products must be in excellent condition with the labels and their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted on products marked “NOT RETURNED” in their description. These are usually seasonal or discounted products.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns that are not shipped under the return terms. In case of unapproved or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made within 8-10 working days from the time the returned items are received and checked. Refunds are made to a bank account designated by the customer upon return.
